Business Development Manager (m/f/d) in US timezone

We are currently seeking a full-time Business Development Manager working in the US time zone. It’s a remote position and you can work from anywhere in the world, as long as you adhere to US working hours.

 

Position

As a member of Milengo’s Business Development Manager Team, you will play a major role in enlarging our US client base and sell our AI-based localization solutions to promising prospects. Your assets will be Milengo’s well-structured sales process design, great support from our dedicated SDR (Sales Development Representative) that generate interest and meetings for our BDMs, and the opportunity to experiment with innovative Sales strategies. Your objective: Accelerate Milengo’s new business growth. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Approach and win strategic customers via phone, email and LinkedIn 
  • Prepare and give online and on-site presentations 
  • Prepare quotes and proposals in collaboration with the production teams   
  • Works closely together with production to ensure client happiness in the Onboarding phase 
  • Ensuring the maintenance and development of close customer relationships   
  • Involvement in creation and execution of marketing campaigns and social media promotion

Your profile:

  • Excellent command in in English, German is a plus
  • Several years of Sales experience in localization industry
  • Relevant University degree is a nice to have (Business, Communication, Marketing)
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • Good technology skills
  • Working knowledge of standard office programs and Sales/Marketing tools (Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, Hubspot)
  • Motivated and driven personality with a goal-oriented approach to work
  • Great interest in continuous learning
  • Strong self-starter, tenacious and resilient
