We believe that our employees are what make us stand out. That’s why we take a lot of time to look over each and every application. Of course, we also know that your time is precious to you. For that reason, we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.Before the interview
Prepare for your interview by doing a little research on our company. Take the time to find out more about our underlying concept, culture, values, and departments, as well as our clients and services. Have a look at the profiles of your contacts at the company on LinkedIn and XING. And, most importantly of all – be sure to put your best foot forward and bring along some questions for us.Different types of interviews
First round interview (video)
For getting to know each other, you will be invited to a virtual interview by our Human Resources Manager. You will learn about how it's like to work with us and what drives us as a company. We will ask about your prior work experience and personal development in relation to the role for which you have applied.Second round interview (video or onsite)
As a serious contender for the vacant role, you will be invited to a second round interview and meet the manager and the team lead from your potential new department. In this interview, we will go deeper into your ability and aptitude for the job. This is a chance to shine a light on your personality, your competencies and your work history. Tell us what you’re passionate about, and what inspires you. Remember that this interview is also an opportunity for you to get to know us better, so make sure to bring along some questions.Third round interview (video)
This final interview is the last step in the interview process. You will meet either the Head of People & Culture or the Internationalization Manager for a short interview of 30 minutes. We focus on getting to know you by asking a few questions on your strengths and values. - Also a good moment for you to check if we are the right fit for you and your career ambitions.Your visit to our company
If you are located somewhere near Berlin or Poznan, your second round interview can take place onsite:The Milengo headquarters are located at Wilhelmine-Gemberg-Weg 5-7, 10179 Berlin. Our office in Poland is located at Business Link Maraton - Królowej Jadwigi 43, 61-871 Poznań.Please be punctual and arrive a few minutes before the interview – we’ll give you a refreshment to sip on while you wait.
