As a SLV, at the moment, it is difficult for me to understand how this will be achieved. I do understand that the technology you mentioned will boost productivity to some degree. But as we see daily how even a small increase in the speed of translation (say, from 2,500 to 3,500) drops the quality, I can hardly imagine the tools that will enable the translators work that much faster, while maintaining high quality. Certainly, with simple, well-written, controlled language texts, this may be possible. But what about the more challenging translations that involve tasks such as extensive terminology research or head-scratching in an attempt to figure out complicated, idiomatic, or professional source language?

So my question is how, in your opinion, this trend will influence the quality on average? Will it decrease proportionally or remain at the same level?
