Renato Beninatto is a corporate strategist and market research evangelist with nearly 30 years of executive-level leadership in the localization industry.

Renato has forged a reputation for visionary leadership, most recently as the co-founder and former Chief Connector of Common Sense Advisory, the industry’s foremost market research firm. Prior to CSA, Renato served as the Vice President of Sales at both ALPNET and Berlitz, where he drove global growth and profitability. To his role as Milengo CEO, Renato brings the strengths in predictive analysis, motivational management, and customer-centric sales that continue to inspire his peers in the industry.

Renato’s signature, straight-talking approach has made him a highly sought-after speaker on localization industry trends. He has trained thousands of industry insiders and Fortune 500 business leaders on topics that have included market analysis, strategic positioning, and international sales management.

A native of Brazil, Renato serves on the Advisory Board of Localization World and remains an active member of several industry groups worldwide, including the American Translators Association (ATA), the European Language Industry Association, the Association of Language Companies (ALC), and the Globalization and Localization Association (GALA).

Tamara Vera NadejeTamara Vera Nadeje
Chief Financial Officer

Tamara Vera Nadeje is Milengo’s lead specialist in international corporate finance.

A native of Germany, Tamara began her career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1999 where, assigned as a project manager and financial analyst to Business Development International Ltd., she helped to successfully spin off a mobile commerce incubator and secure $36 million in venture capital.

Tamara later joined the Corporate Finance Division of Ernst & Young, first working as part of a global team focused on privatizations of local and foreign companies and, thereafter, rising to lead the company’s German desk in Malta. She gained skills in tax consultancy, the registration of subsidiaries, and business research in foreign markets.

Concurrent to her appointment as Milengo CFO, Tamara served as the Managing Director of Global Language Solutions, a multilingual translation and software localization agency for the IT industry, and Swordfish Technologies, a health care technology and medical products company. Tamara sits on the Board of Directors of Softecs Ltd. and is the founder and chairwoman of MaxConsult Ltd. To Milengo, Tamara brings considerable insight in strategic financial management and forecasting and deep experience in corporate business development.

Tamara has a degree in Business Administration from Berufsakademie Emsland in Lingen, Germany, with dual majors in Economics and Finance.

Adam BlauAdam Blau
Rebellion Leader

Adam Blau directs the global marketing and customer relationship strategies of the Milengo family across North America, Europe and Asia

As the company’s sales leader of more than 7 years, Adam coordinates research and development initiatives in support of major international accounts and represents Milengo in its business partnerships with key localization technology providers worldwide. His critical perspective on structural and workflow improvements in client systems generates a solid return on investment in localization and strengthens their positions in global language markets.

In addition to company operations, Adam speaks at localization conferences and trade fairs to extend Milengo’s reach into the IT, Communications and eLearning industries.

Prior to joining Milengo, Adam worked at Collaborate Communications, an international branding and communications agency. He is a graduate of Bates College with a dual major in Economics and German.

Kai ReschKai Resch
Production Manager

Kai Resch is a senior production and operations manager with more than 20 years experience in the software localization industry.

In his work with global companies such as Acclaro, Lionbridge and Bowne Global Solutions, Kai led international project teams of translators, editors and testers in the localization and creation of content products. He also provided key oversight in the development of client service plans that resolved capacity bottlenecks and met tight budget and turnaround needs. To the Milengo family, Kai brings specific expertise in multimedia localization for products ranging from gaming to mapping, as well as an in-depth knowledge of project costing and process-optimized cost reduction strategies.

Kai completed graduate level studies in German Philology at the Ludwig-Maximilian-Universität München, with a major in Modern German Literature and a minor in English Literature and History.

Fabiano CidFabiano Cid
Chairman of the Board

Fabiano Cid started his career as a freelance translator in 1996 when he was still living in London. Upon his return to his hometown of Rio de Janeiro, he decided to open his own company. It soon became one of the most recognized brands for Brazilian Portuguese localization services in the industry. His linguistic background and personal approach pursuaded clients both in Brazil and abroad. Fabiano entered alliance in the second stage of its formation and was elected to the Board in 2004.

His expertise, acquired over the years as the Managing Director of his successful Brazilian operation, has helped shape the Milengo brand and marketing strategy since 2004. Fabiano also developed and structured Milengo’s Latin American GPM center, which was designed to meet the demand for qualified global project management from Milengo clients in the United States and Canada.

Roman KotzschRoman Kotzsch
Board Member

As a member of the Board, Roman brings over 14 years of experience in the fields of IT, translation and localization. He established one of Europe’s first localization companies in Germany, which soon grew to be one of the largest in the country by offering quality linguistic services to the IT world that leveraged three crucial components: linguistic competence, technical understanding and a streamlined production process.

Roman is the founder of Milengo, and brings to it a wealth of experience and insight from the localization industry that has helped shape Milengo’s strategic development.

Board Member

Miklos has never shied away from the chance to bring innovation to the translation industry — both in terms of business model expertise and professional insight. He has founded 3 companies since 1999 and recently acquired another, and offers leadership experience as a shareholder and Managing Director.

With his hands-on experience in organizational development, business integration and multilingual localization into 40+ languages, Miklos contributes valuable knowledge of both the local and regional markets to Milengo worldwide.
